Paleontologists can tell a lot from fossilised dinosaur bones. But in the same way that archaeologists would have us believe that pretty much every ancient structure was built as a “ritual site”, there are some things that will always remain pure speculation when it comes to how dinosaurs actually lived. I like to think that dinosaur life was not just all killing and eating and being all ferocious and scary. I refuse to accept that there wasn’t at least one dinosaur that didn’t feel right unless it was slouching about in a pair of slingbacks.
